1. What we collect
Account details (email, age, gender), profile content (nickname, bio, photos, location, preferences), interactions on the platform (views, favorites, unlock requests, messages), and payment metadata (never card numbers — those stay with the payment processor).
2. How we use it
To run the service, match you with other users, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, and send you transactional notifications. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who can see what
Your nickname, age, city/country, photos and bio are visible to other signed-in adults browsing the platform. Your phone number is hidden until you explicitly approve an unlock request. Your email address is never shown to other users.
4. Payments & security
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers (Stripe / Paddle). We never see or store your full card details. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication, fraud prevention and analytics. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You may export or delete your data at any time from the Dashboard, or by emailing privacy@amourax.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, profile content is removed within 30 days; transactional records may be kept longer where required for accounting and legal compliance.
