1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Amourax. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of the service is lawful where you live.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information on your profile, the people you contact, and keeping your login credentials safe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. Acceptable use
Amourax is for adult social connection between consenting adults. You may not post illegal content, impersonate others, harass users, scam or solicit minors, or use the platform for human trafficking or any non-consensual activity.
4. Payments
Paid features (VIP, boosts, unlocks) are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Content & intellectual property
You retain rights to the photos and text you upload, but grant Amourax a license to display them on the service. You must not upload content you do not own the rights to.
6. Disclaimer
Amourax is provided "as is". We do not run background checks and are not responsible for offline interactions between users. Always meet in public places and trust your instincts.
